Holly Fiske, mother of two, is a registered Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and 500 RYT. She is the author of The Book of Handstands and The Book of Arm Balances and The Book of Creative Movement. She is an eco and ethical clothing designer (WAHIYoga.com) and yoga/movement teacher (UPSIDEDOWNMAMA.com). She is a Yoga Alliance certified advanced teacher through Yoga Medicine with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Sports Management from Washington State University.
